How to Remove Tape in Extensions Tutorial

Removing tape in hair extensions seems pretty simple, right? In theory yes, however, there are some rookie mistakes you are bound to make if it is your first time.

This super quick video will walk you through the basics on how to properly remove tape hair extensions using our professional quality tape in hair extension removers.

STEP 1 EXTENSION REMOVAL: Remover 1 Release & Reuse - Spray onto tape sandwich. Insert a metal tipped comb between the two panels, and move back & forth. Spray again, wait 30 seconds and remove from hair.

STEP 2 RESIDUE REMOVAL: Remover 2 Remove & Residue -  Spray Tape Hair Extension Remover 2 - Remove & Residue onto residue and comb in a downward direction to remove residue. Shampoo everything 1 to 2 times to remove this oil based product.

STEP 3 EXCESSIVE RESIDUE REMOVAL: Remover 3 Recon & Residue - Really Sticky? Spray Remover 3 on the roots and sticky areas. Comb through- use a clarifying shampoo.
